Coming to a new chiropractic office can be daunting for many, especially if this is your first time seeing a chiropractor. We offer an initial consultation to first determine if we can help with your problem.

We are going to make that transition much easier for you, outlining exactly what to expect in your first discussion with the chiropractor.

Once you have made your booking, which you can do online here, you will have an allocated time. You will receive a confirmation text prior to your first visit to confirm your time with you, answer any questions you may have, and help you with directions.

In order to gather all the information necessary to help you best, you will be asked to fill out our initial paperwork. Please come in 5 minutes earlier to do this. This form outlines your current problems and asks questions about your health history and profile.

You can complete this form in the office if you choose, if so you will be asked to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

After the History and examination we will explain to you the treatment and what to expect. With your consent your Chiropractic journey can start and treatment will be provided in the initial consultation.
